Classic Meets Modern Philadelphia Wedding at The Lucy

Every detail about Gia and Matthew’s wedding was chic, beautiful and fully embodied their love for one another! Celebrating at Cescaphe’s newest venue, The Lucy, the couple debuted a whole new world of modern luxury to their friends and family. From a grand ceremony at the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul, to portraits during golden hour at The Rodin Museum, to a surprise guest appearance by the Phillie Phanatic during cocktail hour, we were never left short of wonder! This romantic wedding day was a combination of classic and modern and we were so thrilled to capture every second of it.

The Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul is one of my favorite churches to photograph in the city. Its vaulted dome and grand Roman-Corinthian style architecture whisks you away into a different time and place.

Golden hour by the Rodin Museum was a breathtaking backdrop for the couple’s portrait session—the glowing dappled light and slight breeze brought so much magic!
